Sarb brings over 25 years of property management experience to the organization. Sarb has managed all classes of commercial assets, including retail, office, industrial and mixed-use. He has also handled Ground-up Development, Redevelopment, Foreclosures, Asset Management, Leasing, Project Management and Due Diligence for Acquisition and Repositioning for Disposition. Sarb also works with clients to review their current assets and finds ways to create value in their real estate. Additionally, he brings expertise in handling national tenants and small business owners, which has resulted in him fostering and maintaining excellent relationships between landlord and tenant while overseeing over 3.8M square feet.

Director, Southern Alberta

Ken brings over 38 years of property management experience to Vertus Property Management beginning as a building operator; moving into facilities management, and eventually to property management. He has been involved in the management & leasing of a mixed portfolio throughout Western Canada and NWT. Ken was part owner of a boutique management firm and has experience in Real Estate Operations, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Property Management, Project Management, Leasing, and Acquisitions & Dispositions. He holds the RPA designation and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Ken also acted as a Project Manager for multi-million-dollar property upgrades and renovations.

Commercial Portfolio Manager

Aman has been a real estate professional since 2019 and has been providing property management services and managed over 800,000 sq. ft. of retail, office and industrial properties. Aman has an exceptional skillset of on boarding new properties and strives to ensure uninterrupted service for both landlord and the tenants. In addition to providing professional Property Management Services Aman also creates value for the clients through completing Lease Renewal, Lease Assignments, Leasing up vacancies and processing Tenant Improvements for their assets. With over 5 years experience in residential and commercial construction Aman is a great asset to the Vertus Team for any projects undertaken at the properties.

Commercial Portfolio Manager

Since 2021, Shahveer has been active in the real estate industry, gaining exposure to various aspects of Property Management. He worked alongside a leading city developer and eventually discovered his passion for third-party management while collaborating with esteemed international real estate companies. Shahveer has encountered various asset types, including retail, office, and industrial properties, and has been involved in Managing Assets for national investment funds. He holds licenses in both property management and condominium property management from RECA.

Assistant Portfolio Manager

Gina joined the property management industry in 2008 as an office assistant. Over the years, she progressed through various roles and became an Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager she has overseen multiple properties, managing diverse portfolios that include government agencies, international and national companies, as well as small local entrepreneurs across various industries. Gina attended Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending quality moments with her family, and she has a passion for travel, having explored more than 10 countries.
